How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order you may log onto our website ManeAttraktionz.com or you may email us at [email protected]. In the email please include the quantity, hair type, hair texture and the lengths of each bundle of hair you would like to place an order for.

Online Payments
For online ordering all payments will be made through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. For any questions or concerns please contact us by phone or via email.

Processing and Shipment
All orders must go through processing which is 2-3 business days. Shipping is an extra 2-3 days unless express shipping option is selected and paid for (only for clients outside of San Diego, CA area). Orders made Friday after 12PM will start to process on Monday. After your order has been shipped WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE IF IT IS LOST OR STOLEN. Please contact USPS customer service. A Tracking number will be provided via email, to track your package go to www.usps.com

Secure Payment
All payments made with Mane Attraktionz are secure. Orders cannot be placed over the phone, we do not accept bank transfers or Escrow. We only accept payments through Stripe and cash at our boutique location.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
